Survey questions are framed and delivered over IVRS.

Questions and options are first created in Click4Survey.
The survey is then posted onto voice gateways.
When the customer dials into the IVRS hosted phone number, the survey kickstarts and guides the user through the questions.
Responses from the user are collected through the phone keystrokes.
The results of the survey are stored in to the central survey results store.
Reports for IVRS survey questions can be generated in real-time.
