Alerts are placed at various points in the workflow of the inspection processes. Emails are sent to the recipients when an alert occurs with the complete underlying information. Scenarios that can be realized include:

Emails are sent to supervisors for further action when:
- A part number falls below a preset quality limit
- Supplier's quality level falls below preset standards
- Lots are pending inspection for more than a predefined duration
Notifications can be sent automatically to the suppliers about their goods.
Reports can be generated automatically and are emailed daily, weekly or monthly.
Summary information is notified through email to the managers as per schedules defined.
