Survey questions are sent to the audience through Email.

In the automated survey through email, survey questions are emails as an attachment to the email.
The response will need to be in the same attachment format.
Upon receiving the reponse, the results are extracted from the attachment.
In a semi-automated survey through email, survey questions are included in the body of the email or attached as a file to the email.
The response received is manually recorded into the survey.
